Create a LedgerHQ support ticket

Ask Tally to open a ticket with safe evidence, then track its status in the Tickets tab.

Create A Ticket From Tally

  1. Stay on the LedgerHQ page where you noticed the issue. The current page gives Tally useful context.
  2. Click Tally in the top bar and remain on Chat.
  3. Ask Tally to create a support ticket. Include the company, account or workflow, relevant date, what happened, and what you expected.

A useful request might say:

Create a support ticket for Sandbox Plaid. Evergreen Checking has a $75.25 reconciliation difference for the statement ending June 30, 2026. I expected the register to match.

Attach a safe screenshot or document when it helps explain the issue. Do not include passwords, API keys, bank credentials, one-time codes, full account numbers, or payment-card details.

Tally confirms the ticket number after creating it. Read the response and make sure its summary includes the right company, workflow, date, and result.

Track The Ticket

Select Tickets in the Tally drawer. The ticket card shows its number, summary, status, type, and priority. Keep the ticket number when following up with staff.

If you cannot use Tally chat, open the LedgerHQ mobile app, select More, then Support and New ticket. Enter the same safe evidence there. This direct mobile path does not require Tally.

Do not change the books merely to make the symptom disappear while support is reviewing it. For an unexpected posting, first define the affected set and use the supported recovery path.
