Create Your Account

1. Open Sign up from the LedgerHQ sign-in page.
2. Enter your Name, Email, and a password of at least eight characters.
3. Select Create account.

LedgerHQ signs you in and opens Firm setup at /onboarding. Complete that one-time setup before creating a company. If registration is invitation-only or limited to certain email domains, the sign-up page explains the restriction.

Return To LedgerHQ

Use Sign in with the same email and password. If Google or Apple buttons are shown, use the same provider you used when you created the account. A returning firm user normally opens Tally; a firm that has not finished setup returns to the first incomplete onboarding step.

On an unfamiliar browser, password sign-in sends a six-digit Sign-in code to the account email. Enter it within 10 minutes. Use Resend code when the first message is missing or the code has expired. A successful check remembers that browser for 30 days, so ordinary password sign-ins there skip the code.

If LedgerHQ reports Invalid or expired code, check that you are using the newest email. Requesting another code invalidates the earlier one. Password reset and Sign out everywhere also end remembered-browser access; an ordinary sign-out does not.

After firm setup is complete, Companies is where you create and open the books your firm manages.

Reset A Forgotten Password

1. Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email and select Send reset link.
3. Open the email within one hour.
4. Enter and confirm the new password, then return to Sign in.

For privacy, the confirmation is the same whether or not an account exists for that email. If the link is missing or expired, request a new one. If you can sign in but still cannot reach the correct firm, use the question-mark Help button and create a support ticket.
